Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation Period
Cancellations are free of charge so long as they are made 72 hours before the trip starts. Cancellation made 72 hours within the trip’s start time will be subject to a penalty amounting to the booking’s worth of booking fees.

Refund
1. Refundable deposit will be made within 7  working days.

2. Cancellation refund will be made within 14 working days.
